Worst KFC in the country without doubt. You could die waiting to be served at the counter and they still probably wouldn't notice. Ironically staff can bee seen fluffing about, laughing, joking and enjoying conversation whilst you grow old waiting at the counter. As I contemplated walking out and going across the road to another fast food outlet I genuinely struggled to understand what was the issue as there was only two cars in the drive-thru. Clearly customer service is not a high priority as for the food after all that wait, I finally placed my order only to be supplied with a dry chicken burger garnished with what looked and tasted like 3 day old bacon and undercooked chips. Do yourself a favour and don't go there as there are lots more options that provide better food and know the meaning of customer service. Absolutely horrible experience on every level

I ordered at the drive thru and when I was paying I sited the most vile kitchen floor I've ever seen. The floor was full of food scraps and wet! That floor was soo disgusting i almost puke and wanting to take my money back. I work in the restaurant and I can understand some food spillage but that disgusting floor site was not acceptable especially for the customers who sees it at the drive thru! YOU HAVE A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES HERE!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic, waited 15 minutes in the drivethru and then they tell you you were only waiting 4 minutes coz they time it from the time you ordered. WAKE UP TO YOURSELVES KFC ppl are waiting 10 minutes in your drivethru before you even take their order.

Got caught in an awkward predicament with the new app rollout, front service guy by the name of Ethan had excellent service skills and sorted it in no time and got the order out to us - we'll be back!

Very poor, unprofessional.
After waiting at the counter for nearly 10 minutes even though KFC employees saw us there.
Asked for 2 x $5 lunch deals only to be told by server that it wasn't on his menu board so couldn't order it. Yet it was coming up on the display screen in front of us. I told him you must have it as its being advertised in front of us.
He said that they haven't had that deal for quite a while now which was rubbish as it was still being advertised on tv and it didn't expire until the next day.
He just shrugged his shoulder and gave no solution or even asked the manager if was still available.
Subsequently left in disgust in the knowledge that this KFC doesn't know it's own product menu and how to treat customers. The manager should be replaced, obviously not training their staff appropriately.response / report this review -

Worst in a while! Told it was a five minute wait so we park, ask after 12min and told 30seconds! Waited another 8mmin for order with crying baby in car, supervisor disputed waiting time when my wife asked politely , greasy attendant brought out food but forgot sauces then returned with rest of order and guaranteed everything was there! Then we get home and one of the food items is missing!!!! I return to store and pimply supervisor offers lame unprofessional apology then i return home and the food tastes like #*@%!!!! Its dry, tasteless and we don't eat all of it as we're concerned we'll get sick!! On a positive note, the store has clean, sleek exterior "VENEER " which certainly belies the interior staff, customer service and above all poor quality good! What a wazte of $43.00 My recommendation? Go get a kebab!!

The worst KFC I have ever been to. Every single table was absolutely filthy so we couldn't sit down and the chips were undercooked and not salted. Don't waste your time and money.
