This must be the dirtiest Macdonalds I have been to. The food however was fair. Clean up your act.

Excellent customer service. Food looks fresh and some cheaper food item introduced, like hamburger for $1. Nice coffee served.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. No matter how small the meal you still have to wait in waiting bay. Ordered food numerous times and had to go back because it wasn't complete! The workers spend more time talking then doing their job!

Just got a snack at 4am due to being a shift worker. Fillet'O'Fish was cold, flat and rock hard. The fries were also cold.
Absolutely disgusting. Not the first time the food at this store has been awful. Drive a bit further to the Minto store and avoid this place.response / report this review -

We went through the drive through last Monday at 2pm we ordered 2 iced chocolates to go they made them with the creame on top . but instead of being g chocolate it was coffee we were half way to Liverpool and we had to chuck them out I rang the store and spoke to an acting manager she was very rude and tojd me to check the drinks before leaving the store I sad I wasn't in the store we went through the drive through. She repeated it again u should of check ed it before u left I said nothing and hung up on her I'll never be going back to McDonalds Mac fields never again its not the first time this has happened it was the third time.even when we've got our footy club on the buses we will b stopping at maccas at Minto no Mac fields something needs to b done about ur staff . sorry but uve lost us as customers.
