Food was not good at all. We ordered a panang wich should be coconut based and it was disgusting and had 0% coconut. Chicken satay sticks were very dry as well

Disgusting service. Every time we have ordered delivery it has been without fail at least 30 minutes late. Today was nearly 2 hours total wait time (quoted 45 minutes).

Called up twice about our order and were given a different story each time.
First time we were told "its with the delivery driver and will be 5-10 minutes"
after 30 minutes we called again and were now told "we received your order late due to the "machine" not working and are preparing it now, you can pick it up in store or wait about an hour for delivery"

when we questioned them about the earlier information of it already being with the delivery driver, they offered no apology or explanation.

So after nearly 2 hours we just cancelled the order.

This is not the first time something like this has happened but we gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Pathetic customer service.

This restaurant. This is the restaurant. The face of Casula Mall, and rightly so. The jasmine rice, the best I've ever had. The curry, impeccable. The soup, every soup, I had them all, perfection. I've had every dish on this menu and Im in love with every single one of them. Never have I eaten more at a restaurant than at Thaitanic, I absolutely pig out, and the lovely staff dont even bat an eye. Every other cuisine but a dim atrocity compared to this beacon of goodness that I wish everyone to experience. I've never tried the delivery, Im always to impatient to get my fix. I wish the prices were higher, I dont ever feel like Im paying enough for the service I receive. A 10/10 experience, every time!

This place use to have good customer service and decent quality food. It must be under new management or something because it just hit rock bottom. The customers before me were shaking their heads and expressing their disappointment at absence of customer service. The lady at the counter took ages to take each other and mistaking people's take away orders as she didn't give anyone an order ticket. She didn't bother to check on orders, so my order ended up sitting on the shelf for 10 minutes whilst I was standing there waiting for it.

Good quality was horrible as well. It was dry and lacked flavour. Worst Thai food I've ever had.

Lunch time

Ordered 3 meals. All came out within 5 minutes of ordering.

The meals were various and they were all presented perfectly. The flavour of the meals was fair to decent.

The price is fair for the quality and quantity of the food you receive.

Dine in was good. Table water and cutlery was presented after sitting down.

Green chicken curry: sauce watery and bland. Fried rice: gluggy and excessive carrots and broccoli. Chicken pieces huge. Satay sticks: tasted great until I encountered a hair! In shopping mall entrance. Mainly geared for takeaway. Friendly but cramped dining. Air con couldn't cope (but was exceptionally hot)

I purchased lamb massadam. The lamb was full of fat all over. The sauce was very watery and tasteless. Not great food or service. Wouldn't go back.

The spicy fried rice is made well and my only favourite dish there. The green curry was on the sweet end rather then the spicy curry it should be. The chili and basil stir fry lacked that basil flavour and was hardly spicy. However, the online ordering system is great and there's value for money. All in all, it's a cheap & convenient Thai takeaway.
