Service was pretty bad at this one. Lady doing the drive thru was quite blunt and rude.

Asked me to wait for my drink, never came out within 10 minutes, went in to check on it, they completely forgot about the order. Employees need better training and organisation. Props to the manager tho, when I asked about my drink she was straight onto it.

Dirty Restaurant! Wonder what the kitchen is like if this is what we as the public see! Complained many times to McDoanlds head office they don't seem to care neither!

It took 20 minutes to get my big Mac meal after I ordered it from inside the shop. I think they where doing the drive through more than walk ins.

Despite being the school holidays the service was fast instore. Order was spot on, they didn't forget the sauces and napkins like other crappy maccas.

Stopped into McCafe Moorebank for coffees on the way back from the dog park yesterday morning.
I was acknowledged immediately by the barista and only had a brief wait to place my order - which included a soft serve for my dog (much to the amusement if the staff!).
I enjoyed watching the team work working well together and the banter we exchanged.

Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Truly a 50/50 experince where the staff and food are either excellent or insulting. The managers and trainers seem to be genuinely enthusiastic but some of the others staff seem like working is a boring chore.

Kids serve food here. Food handling knowledge ZERO. Not hygienic. Handled the garbage bin then the food without washing hands.
