  Freds has an amazing display of fruit and veg, their deli has a large variety and their Italian grocery has everything you would need. Their freezer section is well catered also and their fridges have a good variety also.
  The daily baked bread rolls are delicious and popular. I have shopped at freds once a week for many years. Their rewards system is a great bonus for regulars and they have heaps of parking. Disabled spots are also available which makes life easier.

  had bits and pieces of everything but specialized in nothingwas expensive and driving from elizabeth drive end ypu cant turn into this shop you need to drive near the bowling club in the next street! to turn around i would go again but fruit and veg is cheaper in coles and woollworths OR cabramatta

  Just like the name suggests you can basically get everything you want from Fred's.
  The deli has a vast variety of cold meats, olive's and cheeses at reasonable prices with the specials.
  The fruit is tasty but at a price. You get what you pay for basically.
  There's also a butcher and Liquor store that I don't often buy from.
  They sell a variety of Italian snacks and foods too.

  Good selection of local and imported products reasonably priced, good service and selection to boot. Been coming here for years. Boss even works the floor to show he ain't above his team.

  Great one stop place for fruit and veg, deli and fresh meat. Also they have plenty of small shopping items. Great cheeses too. You must visit this place for yourself. You'll love it.

  One of my preferred fruit and veg grocers - always great quality and fresh food a great price. I also love the assortment of Groceries available. Plus having a delicatessen, butcher and liquor store in the same location makes things very convenient. Their service has always been helpful and I rarely need to wait more than two minutes before being served.
