My Parents were in care at this facility for almost a year. In the last four weeks of their residing at eastern park glenfield, I was deeply disappointed in the care my mum received. Having to tell staff Ain and Rns to call Ambulance for my mother as mum was very ill, to not have peace of mind leaving my parents in care was Not accaptable and we moved them out the whiddon. Saddens me that there are people alone in this facility that suffer ! Be aware whilst looking at care facility's .
