Have been to this McDonald's a few times. Disappointing. Not only are their coffees somehow more expensive than the other side of thee highway, but they seem to take longer and quality is lacking.
If I could post photos, I would share the "large" fries we got. They only just reached the front cutout of the packaging. So, basically a medium.
Both burgers were cold and my "gormet" burger had a stale bun.
I'm going to rethink my stop and just drive a little further to get something that is up to some sort of decent standards.response / report this review -

They sometimes get my order wrong. Often put my order in a bag when I'm dining in. Forget my sauce. Forget the sugar in my coffee. The kids who serve look like they're dead inside. The bins are usually overflowing with rubbish. Tables are not cleared. This is why I've started eating Red Rooster. Tell your staff to smile and be nice to the customers!

Great coffee but they communication with the customer when something goes wrong and leave you waiting. They did work hard to overcome the problem quickly but still would have been nice to be told before placing the order.

What a joke. We asked for a double fillet o fish burger when we ordered from the "team leader" and he didn't even know what this was and only gave us an original fillet o fish burger. Our food was made along with other orders but was not handed out to customers as soon as read. It was not busy. Only 4 people ordered when we were there and our chips were put in the bag upside down. Won't be stopping here again. Oh and the cheese wasn't even in the burger. It was stuck to the side of it.

Roadhouse offering multiple takeaway outlets combined with the petrol station and convenience store. Handy for grabbing drinks and food when your refuelling the car.

I'm here regularly, what a shame it's not what it was. I don't eat Macca's but I have a coffee daily. The place is filthy, Clean and Sweet cleaning services are a joke. I watched two areas covered in mess for almost 10 weeks before it was cleaned and then only because I pointed it out to the console operator. The toilets are filthy and stained and the smell is horrendous on some days.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations. The customer service was of an adequate standard and the product quality was exceptional.

Visit 7pm Wed 25th Jan 2017 - Take out order, totally disorganised staff, 3 different staff to make our 6 drinks! and when we got home realised we didn't have all our food and burgers were not well made or put together.
