Big shout out to Paul at Geelong Performance Centre. He certainly goes above and beyond to ensure your matter is attended to thoroughly and thoughtfully. It is so reassuring as a woman to find such an authentic mechanic who clearly loves what he does and has pride in achieving results. Incredibly professional business peeps. 5 🌟 all the way.

A huge thanks to Paul, Mel, Brett and the team at Geelong Performance Centre for transforming my new Redline wagon. The W547 kit they fitted is an absolute thing of beauty, loads of fun to drive and smoother than I would have ever imagined. The team are highly professional, did the job effortlessly in a short amount of time and are a pleasure to deal with.

Usually I'm quite trepedatious about having work done by others, as I've heard and seen firsthand many times where places proceed with additional work they deem necessary without consultation, or you find out when you go to pick it up that they're halfway through some other repairs you didn't ask about etc.
I was really pleased with GPC because;
1. When I called to enquire price, nobody was available and receptionist said they'd call me back (yeah right, I thought). Less than 5 minutes later Brett called me back, was clear on price and when it'd be ready. Booked it in.
2. Dropped it off. "When did you want it back, it'll be done today". Advised I'd pick it up the following morning, no problems.
3. Harvey @gpc called to inform me that various studs and bolts were loose and asked if I wanted that fixed also for X additional labour cost. No worries.
4. Harvey called later in the day to advise they needed to disassemble much more to get it done, and was very apologetic. He advised there would be no additional cost even though it wasn't their fault that the job took longer, just that it wouldn't be ready when they said.
5. Picked it up this morning, true to their word the price was as discussed, and all the work was completed to an excellent standard.
Overall I was extremely pleased with the way they consulted with me throughout the process, advised of any additional costs, they were also very clear and knowledgeable about potential pitfalls and outcomes etc.
In simple terms they did what they said they would do, and they did the right thing by their customer in the process. This might not seem like much but in today's day and age good old fashioned customer service is hard to come by, and now that I've found it I'll definitely be back and recommend friends also.

Professional, experienced and approachable friendly team that are happy to offer advice and also deliver great results and work. Couldn't be happier with the work and tune carried out on my supercharged calais. Highly recommended!
