I am a pasta lover and in my time have had some bad pastas but never anything bad enough that I couldn't eat until I ordered from this place. Not only was the delivery late but I ordered a classic Bolognese and ended up with uncooked, boarder line crunchy pasta with two random prawns in it? Won't be ordering from here again.

Worst place to get delivery off, not only was the delivery driver absolutely cooked off his head but when you try to call the pizza shop they don't even answer their phones. Scamming and disgusting company, I'm really shocked at how this business is open still. My friend ordered from here too and still hasn't received her refund for her pizza that never showed The ombudsman will be happy to have a chat to this dodgy business.

Waited over 2 hours, 6 calls later. I drove down and picked up my pizza off the delivery driver at the front of the pizza shop, I ate two pieces and turfed it. 1/10 for customer service. I paid a delivery fee to deliver my own pizza to myself. 10/10 delivery service.

Ordered via phone and they said it would be delivered within 40 minutes. I called at 60 minutes and they said it had been delayed. I asked for an updated and they said to call back in 30 minutes. When I did, they said the delivery driver was 10 minutes away. I waited again, then called them 30 minutes later and they said they had delayed the order again. I asked why and they hung up. They then blocked my number. I waited a total of 2 hours for them to just mess me around. I would never order from here again, not that I can anyway, since they blocked me.

Awesome guys working here and making good pizza :) it's usually busy here, so you have to wait a bit to get your order, but having lots of order proves that their pizza is pretty good! Highly recommend. And I never had that issues destined below by other customers, but problems sometime happen anyway

Just ordered Vegan pizza, basically a Mediterranean with capsicum and mushrooms. Opened box to find 75% of ingredients were mushrooms and capsicum.
And there was no tomato paste period!!!
Since when did pizzas come with no tomato paste??? Really bland tasting, barely any tomatoes too, but were friendly guys etc.
Rand and complained / explained and they're sending another one out as apparently Mediterranean doesn't come with tomato paste so I guess a bit of miscommunication., but menu never says tomato paste!response / report this review -

First time since the new owners took over. The pizza were fresh and tasty. Helpful dealing with someone with allergies -we also got a gluten free base for one of them and it was really nice as a Margareta. Very friendly crew who are clearly really keen to make great pizza in a very competitive market.

Im not sure why older reviews relating to when this place was called Illianas are showing up against this new pizza joint called Brunswick Pizza Bar just because they had the same address, sadly the pizzas are not the same, the quality is now a bit lacking.

NEVER AGAIN. Terrible customer service. The website says they close at 10pm so we called at 9:30pm and they said they were only doing pick ups even though it was 30mins until closing. We said we'd call back (after checking other restaurant options). When we did they didn't answer the phone at all after several attempts!
We've drove past (because we were starving) and 6 staff were all in the restaurant texting on their phones! Useless. You've lost our business for good.response / report this review -

I've been going to Iliana's for close to 10 years. The pizza and burgers are great. The service is fantastic. Highly recommended.
