Only two stood out from the rest. The lady with pig tails and the fella that left his Jill up the path. Nice friendly pair.

Terrible customer service, talked to a young male (Mason) to return a plant. Was declined with reason that the plant is dry. For context, I bought dozens of plants from Bunnings and hardly had any issue with them but for some reason this one did not want to stay alive no matter what I did. Bunnings has perfect plan guarantee and I had plant, pot and receipt to get a refund. I don't think it is up to staff's discretion to not provide refund when all criterias are met. Either he was showing off his 'power' to another co-worker there or just simply a TA.

My husband and I were looking for something in storage on Thursday. We spoke to a young woman who was so interested in listening to what l was trying to explain that l wanted. I remember her name was Rosie, because she was so kind, polite and helpful towards me It’s very rare these days, with everyone in such a rush, to find someone like her when you are trying to get someone to help you when shopping for something. I only wish there were more people like her around these days

These reviews are pretty much all fake. The same fake account names are used to review every other Bunnings store. This store is constantly terrible. Understaffed and messy.

Best value for tiling and flooring products. Great range of different brand power tools. I think I have a billiard ball stuck in my anus again.

Where the worm can wake up anytime, not be eaten and the farmer is pleasantly happy to see him. Farm hands are very knowledgeable about products and such around the place, making this little worm's life that much easier to source out his equipment for his DIY project, to scare off those pesky crows and magpies. 4/5 worms. Would recommend this place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Needed few things just before 9pm when they close. Was there about 8:45pm. Not one dirty look why I am coming so late. Asked where the items are which I was after, got told where to go. Fast check out, overall very satisfied

The special orders woman named Lee was very blunt, unfriendly to the point of rudeness. While she responded to my query on a spare part effeciently enough, she displayed very poor customer relations skills which reflects badly on your store. I left feeling unwelcomed and will most likely go to Altona next time I need something.

My housemate and I walked in with a vague idea and walked out with two adorable and unique succulent arrangements. Gayle was incredibly helpful and great to chat with while we planted our succulents (with a lot of assistance from her!). Overall a wonderful experience.

To the white knight running the paint department at 8.30pm on Tuesday 27th June you sir are awesome! Your helpfulness and level of service was above and beyond anything I was expecting for the graveyard shift mid week. Coming from a service industry myself I really was blown away.

Friendly staff, who were approachable and helpful. Nicely laid out aisles as well as the overall store layout. Plenty of parking underneath and definitely worth a visit if in the area!
