  DO NOT BOOK.
  I booked for 4.12.20 AM hours repair service call 5 day's ago and received a confirmation email saying I will receive a call 30 minutes prior to arrive. It was booked for faulty dishwasher inspection. I call them at 12.30pm to find out what's happening; receptionist gave most most lam excuse: our system is down for few hours we're catching up with work. Someone will call back before end of the day. 8pm there isn't single phone call from them even they promised.
  
  Called another repair place and booked Saturday morning and cheaper service price too.

  I have a Miele dishwasher which wasn't working and this company was the second company I contacted after the first company didn't show up to a booked appointment and I'm glad I contacted these guys.
  
  I wasn't around the first time Peter (the repairman) showed up but I then rang Master Appliance back and I was told Peter could come again the next day. When Peter showed up he quickly started diagnosing my dishwasher, he ended up finding out what the problem was and fixing it.
  
  Then I paid him and I was extremely happy with the price because I thought it would cost more.
  
  I recommend this crowd to my sister and I will for other people too.

  I cannot speak highly enough of these people, Helpful and polite and met our needs, in fact exceeded them. Repair Guy did everything I was told he would do and was on time. Based on our recent experience I would use these guys again and would also recommend them.

  DO NOT USE. I would give no stars if this was an option. These people are shonks. 2 visits to fix my dryer. Still not working even though i am told there is nothing wrong. And paid approx $170. Works when he tests it empty as soon as you go to use it with a load it doesn't work. When i rang for the 3rd time, I asked for a different repairman and was told only that one is avaialble for my area. Was told it was probably user error. Also told it was probably the cold weather hence why the drum wasn't turning. Then the receptionist hung up on me. Go else where!!!

  Would be a Zero star but wont allow..
  
  Do not waste your time with this company, read all the reviews and mine before you play Russian roulette. Will promise the world and waste your time, rates are excessive and you have no protection on what the initial bill will be - Unreliable and you are better off going to someone who values a customer. - Make your own mind up
