  Do not book a studio room - it is so tiny and not clean. Also we had ant invasion-lovely staff helped us changing the room. Downstairs rooms - 2 beds are better but pricey. Pool was great and location is also good. It's shame they have very unhealthy tiny rooms.

  Still no response from the Queensland tourism association through which we booked this dreadful place - surprise surprise- more than two months since our complaint.

  Stayed here with my wife and 2 young kids. Such a beautifully kept resort in a great location. The apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable. The pools down the centre of the resort were an awesome setup. Parking was not any issue. Check in was quick and simple. We'll be back for sure

  We were booked for seven nights, left after two; never to return. Appalling, dirty and dingy. Glass of mouldy water in dishwasher. Appliances dirty. TVs don't work easily. Ceiling fans filthy. Not enough serving bowls. Tacky cutlery. Dirty table. Dustpan and broom filthy - unusable. Picture over bed fell down revealing filthy wall. Outside entry very very dirty. Our complaints were met with 'all appartments are privately owned, not my responsibility'. Totally unsatisfactory, paid upfront and no refund.

  Booked this resort through Groupon and I can honestly say that I would go back! Our 1 bedroom apartment was lovely, very clean and having the washing machine and dryer was a life saver! I also liked how close we were to the pool which was very clean. The walk to the beach was short through the back of the resort and having the bus stop in front of the resort was great. The staff were very helpful & knowledgable and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Palm Cove!

  Clean, big spaced apartments with kitchen and fridge. Better than my own place. The bed was fantastic compared to other hotels I have stayed. They don't clean your apartment but there is broom, wet mop, washing machine and dryer, everything in the apartment, can't ask more for the money I paid, very good value!

  Clean & Tidy. Great surroundings.
  Also compassionate with a full refund offerd to me after family member was sick and had to go home early.

  First of all every hotel should be cleen. This one is very dirty. The lamp was dusty. The bed sheets had spots. Wall and ceiling are dirty too. On the carpet were two big dirty spots. The shower is not even a shower. It is size of a tap with holes in it. There were cockroach in the bathroom. I think such condition are not acceptable in any hotel. The room was small. Not 20 m how it was advertised. I can understand that it is not expansive hotel but it doesn't mean it should be dirty. And I would never give this hotel 4 stars. Moreover, the bed was made of two single beds. It was very tough and uncomfortable. Good that we stayed only 2 nights.

  Excellent value rooms compared to others in the area, extremely spacious, open and clean. Need to be mindful that these are NOT daily serviced apartments, so be prepared to buy your own supplies when you run out of the initial welcome pack soap, laundry powder, toilet paper etc. Also if you have a young child, they cannot supply a mattress for the cot that you can hire due to safety reasons. Approx 500m walk to beaches and main strip. Well equipped kitchen. A/C is set to one temperature and can only be switched on or off, though we found it very comfortable. Very happy overall
