I love Baskin and Robbins, but it always seems expensive, and I'm confused as to why different outlets have different pricing.

Absolutely adore the place. Lady working there Tuesday 23 May 2017 in the evening was beyond remarkable. Her efforts should be appraised. Was so polite she thanked me for picking every flavour I chose. Love your Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour. Great Work BR Cairns!!!

Extremely small serving size. Very inconsistent with the person who was served next to me and we both got 2 scoops. Walk a little further for more icecream options!

If I told you all that pralines and cream was the nicest flavour, they'd probably run out so its not try the bubblegum rainbow or something instead :)
one complaint though - im going to be at the esplanade from 4am Sunday for the Guinness World Record Whistling Attempt I cant wait till 10am for an icecream. Maybe you can open earlier that day cos there are going to be lots of hungry people - just sayingresponse / report this review -

The employee thankfully explained the difference between a thick shake vs a milkshake. Milkshake is literally milk with a hint of ice cream. Thick shake is supposed to be mostly ice cream with a hint of milk. After learning this, the thick shake still came out runny and mostly milk. Don't order milkshakes or thick shakes in cairns, they will be basically flavored milk.

very disappointed with the service we recieved. I asked for a medium thickshake and it came out runny and flavourless, I politely questioned the consistency and was abruptly argued back at, and told I had to pay extra to fix the error. not happy and won't be returning soon. :(
