These guys are great. We did the 3 day scuba trip and had a blast. The staff was great and executed everything flawlessly. Highly recommend. I bought a mask here as well and the staff were super helpful. They basically gave me a 45 minute lesson on what to look for and how to choose.

Prodive cairns is the best PADI dive training operation in australia. I did my open water there and I was so impressed by their enthusiasm and professionalism during the 3 day liveaboard trip that my wife and I have returned twice (so far!). Go in summer to get calm seas and crystal clear water!

Amazing!!! We did the 3 day liveaboard trip with the addition of the advanced open water course. The boat was lovely, the staff were incredible/friendly/funny/accommodating, the food was plentiful, and it was overall an amazing experience. We visited many reefs and got to see a vast amount of marine life, including turtles (awake during the day and sleeping during the night dives), sharks, sting rays, and much more. The diving was fantastic and kept us very busy! 4 dives the first day, 4 the second, and 3 on the last. The staff are very accommodating and if you want to so fewer dives it is perfectly okay. The rooms were small but you don't spend much time in them. The only thing I would do differently is bring a few protein filled snacks (the snacks were usually cake, which is yummy!) and also toiletries. I would recommend this trip to anyone of any scuba diving level!

Fantastic crew, very enthusiastic and friendly. Supportive to all diving abilities. Loved the experience and the boat life. A very efficient team making 40 people in a small place work. Food was plenty and really tasty thanks Tbone, and great dive briefs thank Mark. Well done on a top experience.

Did the 3-day/2-night live-aboard option and it was fantastic; great staff, super friendly and competent. The ship was modern and clean, very comfortable. The food was great, lots of healthy (and unhealthy 😉) food options. Really great!

I took the 5 days learn to dive course at Pro Dive Cairns and it was a fantastic experience!
The first two days of class-work and pool-training got us prepared for the 3 days live aboard diving trip.
On the boat, the crew was professional as well as friendly and there was always a good mood. The training dives was really great - and the night dive wasn't as scary as expected. It was awesome to go on fun dives after getting certified, and we saw lots of cool things on the reef.
It is also worth to mention that the food was tasty, varied and healthy.response / report this review -

This shop used to be great. Lately every time I go there the service is average. And they got rid of locals discount so they will lose local customers to online shopping. I'd like to see them pick up their customer service. It goes a long way. 2 good staff there Jessica and Damo but they haven't been there when I've been in the last couple times. The atmosphere has dropped too. Pick up your game guys.

Needed a new mask & snorkel due to travel damage,staff was so helpfull got what I needed ,no pushy salemanship

Pro dive put on a great dive tour, I went for the 3 day live aboard boat and the whole crew was awesome. First diving trip I had only done the open water course but everyone was so easy going and helpful that it put me at ease, the dive briefings were great. Really enjoyed the dives and exploring the great barrier reef.

Amazing in every aspect. Boat built specifically for live aboard diving. Great instructors. Plenty of good fresh cooked food. The cook actually was seriously injured loading our boat and had to be hospitalized but the owner managed to get another cook and didn't have to cancel our trip last minute. Very professionally handled. We had a blast doing the new years dives. Many thanks prodive

Staff was a good combination of professional and fun. The scuba diving was fantastic! Briefings before dives were informative and helpful. Good equipment was provided. We participated in a 3-day live-aboard with 11 dives. It was an excellent way to experience the Great Barrier Reef.
