Took my two year old for an appointment today and found the manner of Dr Warburton to be unprofessional, unfriendly and cold. It's clear he is not comfortable dealing with young infant patients, but there is no need to be rude when dealing with sick people. What happened to a decent bedside manner?

I've been coming here for a while now. Dr Coleman is the absolute best Doctor. So kind and caring, always listens and has lots of time for me. The staff are always polite and helpful every single time. Great team keep it up!

Everyone was helpful, the seats were well distanced, and the doctor giving me my booster was excellent. Since the three medical centres in Lilydale have similar names and even more similar acronyms, I had trouble locating this one, but the pharmacist adjacent kindly walked out onto the street with me and led me to the door. Thank you!

Very well managed from start to finish. I booked on line after being SMS's the booster vaccine was now available. This was also the case for the first twice vaccines. It was painless in more ways than one. Good effort team at the Medical Centre in Lilydale.

Hit and miss! A few good experiences but for nothing important (certificate or script).
Won't be back after trying to book a routine pap smear and got asked if I prefer male or female Dr, I said I didn't mind but it needed to be done on a specific date then was told no because the male Doctor doesn't do them. I replied "doesn't do them? He is a Dr!" and got told he just prefers not to do them!!!!
Well that just speaks wonders of his professionalism and training! What outdated and ridiculous nonsense!

I sent an email specifically requesting a Dr and had to follow up and was told that they did not get the message and not at fault.. Nice customer service! I won't recommend trying to get any help

I already don't like doctors and I don't like liers, the doctor that I just started seeing here fits both descriptions.
It could have been negligence or poor memory but that's still no excuse because a doctor needs to know what they are doing.
I'm not going back and I would suggest others don't as well.

We went there a few times for skin checks, normal GP visits and vaccinations. Very friendly staff, convenient hours, no problems with bulk billing.
