They maybe cheap and discounting but the carpet installers are shocking / terrible
They a not professionals, they don’t clean up the mess after themselves when leaving and there were marks and scratches all over brand-new fresh painted walls. Not to mention they smell of smokes and beer.

Bought electronics and furniture. I'm afraid I can't remember the salesman in Electronics but he was such a great a guy and Tom in furniture he is just a legend. We needed furniture asap after returning from New Zealand for our new home and Tom sorted it for us. Great service.

As far as retail electronics and homewares go, these guys are the best - friendly and very helpful staff, and they always have good prices. It's a much nicer experience than JB hi-fi next door or good guys across the road. There seems to be a proper culture of customer service here.

Came in to the Thomastown Store and was served by Hassan Haidar in the flooring department, a very polite and welcoming staff member. Was very helpful and provided a 5star service, if anyone is in need of anything from flooring, he is the person to visit! Very happy with my visit to the store. Thank you kindly Hassan.

I waited half an hour to be served today at the Thomastown store. I already knew exactly which washer and dryer I wanted, but there was no one to serve me. So I went across the road to The Good Guys and got them to price match and purchased the items in a matter of minutes. Next time I won't even bother entering Harvey Norman, the customer service (or lack thereof) is terrible.

Went here to get photos copied. Staff were helpful & service was quick, although others on the floor in flooring waited for me to call for assistance. Overall happy would shop here again

Experienced the best customer service from David T. His assistance was fantastic and everything we were informed re delivery was true to his word. We were called prior giving us a 2 hour time before delivery. Would definitely shop there again, best pleasant customer service that I have had in a long time. "Happy Customers"
