  Michelle made my first bridal shopping experience so easy. She was so genuine in wanting to provide the best for me! I had a not so great experience with an online purchase and needed to get a dress in a very limited time-frame. I was able to try on a few clothes and picked my dress that very day! I can't recommend and thank Michelle enough. She really went above and beyond by fitting me in at the last minute between two other bridal sessions. I felt so special and looked after. Thank you.

  Loved my dress and the effort sales staff went to have this perfected for me. They arranged for the dress I liked to be brought up from Sydney in a different colour option and there was no pressure to buy if it wasn't right which really made this store stand out. I would be mindful to brides to beware of buying what is available in a larger size to have it brought in. I was told there would be no problem in buying a dress 2 sizes bigger to have it brought in. It was brushed off as a very common thing to do. I was quoted over the phone in store by the sales lady who made a swift call to their recommended dress maker who quoted $250 for a complete take in, including bust and hem reduction which sold the dress for me however when I took the dress to their dress maker it was $900 which flawed me. She also advised she didn't want to do it because it was hard work. The dress itself which was heavily beaded most dress makers I took it to did not want to do it. All something I wish I knew at the time. More information or direction on my options and a realistic idea on costs to have it altered would have made this a less expensive experience for me personally. I have since recommended 2 people to this store who have said yes to the dress so it's not all bad.

  Michelle helped me pick out my perfect wedding dress and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. My family is back in Canada so I was going dress shopping with them on video call and Michelle helped make the whole experience so fun and effortless. We were eloping within a month of buying the dress and I was very happy with the large selection of dresses I was able to choose from to take away on the day. I had an absolute blast and my dress was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Michelle you're an absolute gem!

  I cannot put into words how amazing my experience was. Jada was wonderful! She was super patient, gave me different ideas of which fit/styles to try on. Found a little hidden gem in between other dresses and it was discontinued. Which made me want it even more!! My first dress fitting not expecting anything but try ons and I found the one. She was super polite, made me feel like an absolute queen! The rest of the staff were also so lovely. Would 10000000% recommend 🥰

  Luv Bridal was the first store I visited to look for my wedding dress and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment my maid of honour and I walked in, Jada was so kind and helpful. We had the opportunity to browse around and got given suggestions to try on based on what I thought I was after. I don’t think I could fault the process at all, she was the perfect person to help me find the perfect dress, and she sure found it. It might have taken longer to receive than anticipated (lucky I had extra time until the wedding), but it sure was worth the wait. I felt like the most beautiful bride and the compliments on the dress were abundant. Thank you so much Jada and the Luv Bridal team.
