My encounter with this locksmith company was nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to highlight the numerous issues I faced during my interaction with them.

First and foremost, their customer service was absolutely abysmal. From the moment I made the initial phone call, I encountered rudeness and unprofessionalism. The person on the other end of the line seemed disinterested in assisting me and lacked basic communication skills. Their lack of empathy and willingness to address my concerns was truly disappointing

This is a very important company in life. It has a lot of services, complete equipment and good equipment. The staff service is also very good, very polite and educated.

Went in to get a key cut and a staff member told me they won't cut keys purchased from the internet as it may brake their machine, They don't have a way of conducting a hardness testing so they don't cut keys unless purchased from them, load of rubbish, seems like another made up scam just to sell their own keys, took it down the road to a different locksmith and he cut it under 5 minutes.

Very good service at foster street
The female locksmith can reset a lock with her eyes close.
I have been to this shop several times and they don't waste your time.
I travelled from cheltenham to Dandenong to get 3 locks recoded and they did it on the spot.
That's why I will keep going to this shop.
The surrounding locksmiths in Breaside and cheltenham told me it would be a 4 hour wait with no garrantee it will be done.

Been using them for years and always good service. Reasonably priced and timely service. Only complaint is that their mobile service is always booked out and also no parking.

Have always found them to be very switched on and knowledgeable, particularly the female staff member whose name unfortunately escapes me at the moment.
