I called Jeremy out to our home twice, in close succession, to repair our aging solar hot water system. He was very informative, patient and helpful over the phone. He said he would come out on the same day of my phone calls, and he did. When he arrived, he was friendly, kind, and he got the jobs done (with his colleague) in a short time. The charge was very affordable both times. I was highly impressed with Jeremy's service, professionalism, reliability and honesty, so I offered to write a review.

But I forgot to actually follow through and do the review at that time.

Now, four months later, we've had another issue with our hot water system so I've dug out Jeremy's phone number again. I rang the 1300 phone numer and got straight through to him. Again, he was patient and informative on the phone and once again he committed to coming to our house on the same day (yesterday).

When he came yesterday afternoon his behaviour was exemplary, as it was in the past, he and his colleague repaired the issue in a short time, also adjusting the tempering-valve, and when I started to ask about payment Jeremy assured me that there was no charge for this service. My wife and I requested him to receive payment from us, twice, after he had said this, and twice more he declined payment, because he said the wire that had faulted on this occasion was one he had replaced on one of the previous visits four months ago.

This service has been outstanding. I also had a brief interaction with Jeremy's business partner, Denver, during a short phone call about four months ago and I found him to be similarly helpful and motivated. Jeremy's colleague who attended at our house yesterday along with Jeremy, and who adjusted the tempering valve, also impressed me as being very kind and considerate. He went out of his way to check with us whether the temperature adjustment was to our liking.

In short, if you want to be looked after by honest, kind, considerate, competent, efficient, motivated, informative, helpful and professional people - I suggest you give Jeremy and his team a try. I've found them all to be excellent, though Jeremy is definitely the one I interacted with the most and who has motivated me to leave this glowing feedback.
