  I have been a Zambezi customer since they started up and they are invariably excellent. Their staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, and the company is responsive in emergencies. The office staff are always helpful.

  Great company, friendly and fair priced, would highly recommend Zambezi for all your plumbing needs.
  I highly recommend Alex too! Honest, reliable, tidy and courteous, an all-round nice guy!
  Alex was very efficient. He promptly responded to my call on three separate occasions and visited my place within a few hours. He checked, fixed, and replaced leaking pipes and taps (shower, garden and solar system) and gave me some good advice.

  Zambezi are the best plumbing and gas company I've ever used.
  They are professional, effective, great value for money and have a very friendly and understanding customer focus.
  They take the time to explain what is required in plain English and give you the information so you can make your own informed decisions.
  Now I've had the Zambezi experience, I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Zambezi.

  Always such a pleasure dealing with Zambezi. I was told by another firm that I would need a brand new hot water system!!!!! Called Zambezi they were at my address within a couple of hours to check and I had the system serviced and in no time I had hot water again, I really wouldn’t trust anyone else. Terrific genuine service in a timely manner.

  Very disappointed. I have used Zambezi's plumbing for many jobs. Some plumbers are great, but you never know who you will get. Even when I asked for a certain one, they send whoever they like and then charge you.
  
  Eg. They recently sent one guy out to unclog a drain, he couldn't do it *but they still charged $220, then they sent 3 guys to fix it - which cost me another $574.50. Almost $1,000 to unblock a drain.
  
  I tried to resolve it with the south african owner, but he did not see my side, so I only paid the second invoice $574.50.
