I came to this shop only to find no one there to serve me, the shop was left unattended with customers waiting for someone to comeback, i waited there for a good 10 minutes yet no one came, the shop was left unattended, very disappointed. This was in Merrylands stockland

I always buy from this shop but today, I was the last customer at the one at merrylands and I gave the girl 2 lipsticks with different colours. She quickly finds both of them and when I asked her to check if they're the right colour she acts like she's checking them but not really. When I got home I realised that they didn't give me a receipt and gave me the wrong dark lipstick colours. I don't like this and I have no idea how I'm going to return that without a receipt as they didn't give me one. Very disappointing.

Been to the one in Merrylands so not sure of parramatta one. Great selection of lenses but the girl was very unfriendly and not at all helpful.

Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff, ladies there are always nice, they help me to find the best shade for my skin tone.And they've got great range of quality products, especially their lashes!! Will definitely visit again and highly recommend😍😍😍
