  Bought a pair of shoes last week and wore for 15 mins on court. Realised they were too small.
  
  Went in today to exchange and they refused. Saying they have been worn and picky people will see the smallest marks.
  
  The next 2 pairs I tried on literally had much more significant marks, I asked the lady at front counter if they were discounted due to the marks, as they were clearly is worst condition than the ones I was trying to return. She said no because she could gaurantee they hadn't been worn despite having significant marks.
  
  Not really happy, as a loyal customer and feels hard done by

  I purchased Jordan Retro 5 Gold medals through Kickz101. they were very helpful and when i received my order with two left sneakers i rang them and they posted the right hand shoe out that day and received it today. overall was a great experience. look Foward to purchasing more sneakers off you guys,

  Better than most in terms of range in Australia.
  
  Customer service is subpar. Employees seem more interested in chatting to eachother than a simple "hello" "goodbye" or even response to a customers "have a good day".
  
  Prices identical to EastBay incl. shipping. (Not including EastBay sales).

  Fantastic customer service, couldn't be more helpful. Before we arrived at the store we searched the up the website and all shoes with all prices were shown. Only dis is on the website with some NBA t-shirts under two mixed categories which made it a bit harder to find particular shirts. Amazing range of culture and memrobila, 5 stars.

  Many good shoes for basketball. Nice mood, but staff just playing their basketball inappropriately since they nearly shot on me.
