Your bistro smelled of vomit and the playground looks like it is in direct need of a good bucket of disinfectant. Putrid. The pumpkin ravioli was mushy and flavorless, the pumpkin soup was pathetic, you can't go wrong so I'm not sure what happened! The rest of the tables meals were tasty and generous serves. Please make a point of cleaning your playground, children eat them play so it's important bacterial doesn't breed. We need to go to these places with playgrounds as not all restaurants are family friendly.

Never a fan of pokies, but at least you can have a beer without seeing them. Outdoor area nice and large, nice wide bar. Relaxed atmosphere.

when i arrived at the hotel with my daughter on Friday the 20th i did ask if i could have a room on the ground floor due to my injury i had which was a broken hip they told me no but when my son arrives to check in they told me i am more then happy to swap rooms so i could go on the ground floor which never happened, not to mention the hotel is not disability friendly no disabled ramp , because i am a disabled pensioner as well, first all the place could be cleaner not up to healthy standards stains on the floor, the toilet wont flush, broken tiles, my daughter pulled down a blanket she nearly got hit in the head with a plate that was wrapped out of a open closet , the food was so so,, we could not get any sleep people running up the stairs yelling screaming banging on the walls
we could even hear it from the beer garden , you only get what you pay for 99$ room a night 100$ bond , not modernized at all 70 s 80s look
not 21st century feel at all , as for the staff there decent for what i seen , it would give this hotel a border line 3 star at the most

Great sports bar and decent staff on board. Everyone's relaxed and friendly. The food could improve but then again for the pricing you get what you pay for it's decent regardless.

Rooms need updating not all that clean tiles coming up in bathroom and very loud noise from all the drunks listening to music so did not get a good sleep. Pitty when u pay money to stay somewhere i recomend stay in another place. And service was slow at the bar.not happy 😣

The food was nice. But we had our baby with us. He can't walk yet so he was crawling in the play area. His knees, feet and hands were black. The floors are disgusting, really need to be cleaned.

The staff were nice and the venue was ok but unfortunately the food wasn't great and no one enjoyed there meal. Also the carpets and play area were very dirty

I go here to drink as it is the closest establishment with a liquor licence to my place of work. To that end it suits perfectly as the place I go to mentally shower with pints of affordable domestic beer, while listening to the pokies play their cheery tunes.

Service was not delivered with a smile. The food was delivered really quickly and was actually quite tasty. However, I've had weight loss surgery and I cannot eat big amounts, so when I asked to take the rest home, they refused. Meanwhile they'll happily deliver takeaway, so it just doesn't make sense. I called the manager over and told him my situation and he still refused. I've never had this kind of experience before. I had to pay $30 for a meal I couldn't finish and had hoped to enjoy again the next day. I left really disappointed and upset.
