Service. THE WORST!!!! Entrees took 2hrs Mains were under cooked. Dessert to be decided as we're still waiting. It would be nice if our waitress could get at least one drink order right!!!! By the way hold onto your food and drink because it's pryde from your hungry finger tips mid bite! Maccaz rung on the way home!

Our sales team treated some customers to dinner here at a conference, and it didn't disappoint when we were trying our best to impress. Very good food and service in an upmarket venue, and not too noisy so we could chat professionally over our meal - everyone left satisfied.

This is a lovely place to stop for a drink or food along Southbank, with indoor & outdoor seating options.

Can't give 5 stars as I receive inconsistent service. Yesterday I met a friend who was already seated inside, we chatted for an hour and not one person bothered to serve us. On another recent visit for lunch (seated outside) I experienced much better service so I hope yesterday was an oversight.

Food was wonderful but service was appalling. Had to ask for serving plates after sharing plates of food arrived. Had to ask for serviettes. Had to ask for water glasses to be topped up and when my glass of white wine was served to me at room temperature I was offered ice cubes to cool it down!! With so many other great food choices in the area, I won't be rushing back here.

Hats off to the chefs. Food was incredible. Service was absolutely shocking. After our experience we were asked to provide feedback, which we did honestly. The general manager contacted us and seemed apologetic and invited us back for a better experience with a gift voucher. After about 2 more emails and 3 phone calls we finally received the voucher. I will edit my review IF when we go back our experience is better.

Great cafe/restaurant at the Queensbridge Street end of Southbank Promenade. There are outdoor tables, great for spending a lazy afternoon in the sunshine watching the sidewalk procession. The menu is creative with interesting snack foods as well as full sized meals. Eggplant chips, beef sliders and calamari were yummy. Kids meals were generous. Staff are friendly. Looks like a good evening venue for drinks and nightlife too.

Service is good and friendly, food is generous and tasty, good value for money. The location is great and the heaters keep you warm in winter. Chairs are a bit low but overall a good dinner out with a lively bar!

We went to Left Bank for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered the 66 degree poached eggs with the thick cut bacon. It was a lovely meal and surprisingly very filling. Both the hot drinks and the food came out very quickly. We will definitely be back

Good vibe but very slow service.
Had to call the waiter multiple times to get them take notice. Simple order such as beer took a while to get.

Always friendly staff makes this riverside restaurant more inviting. Nice food and drink selection at decent cost in this premium location, great atmosphere during the night! My favourite place to show off the best part of Melbourne CBD for friends from other place.

Swanky southbank cocktail bar and restaurant. Food was good, reasonable selection of beer and wine. A little on the pricey side - but everything is in Southbank.

Amazing food and outstanding service. Everything was delivered piping hot to our table in a very timely fashion. All meals were amazing and I'd definitely recommend the eggplant chips. Nice atmosphere and pretty cool decor too. Loved it.
