Overall top company to deal with, the website has more than enough info for any first time kayaker's and also more in depth stuff for the pros. A little mix up with delivery but was quickly sorted. Cant fault the product. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a 3.7m Eagle kayak from Kayaks2Fish and as a customer am very satisfied with the whole experience. The process of buying over the phone and picking up the kayak from the Rocklea warehouse couldn’t have been easier and the quality of the boat seems exceptional although, admittedly, I have only had it for a couple of months. The value for money is excellent as well, with all of the other boats of comparable quality that I looked at being a lot more pricey and those of comparable price being of inferior quality.
The aftercare has been great as well, with Kayaks2Fish sending helpful articles and videos explaining some of the trickier aspects of owning/using kayaks, such as loading onto roof racks and storing them correctly, as well as following up on customer satisfaction.

I searched through a lot of kayaks on the internet and kept coming back to the kayaks2fish site due to the great reviews the excellent price. I drove over 2 hours to pick up my Kayak. So glad I did. The staff at the warehouse were awesome and even helped load my Kayak. Once home I unwrapped my purchase and let me say I was struck by the build quality and the sheer detail my gen 10 mk11 had. It came with a high quality seat and a good 2 piece paddle. I have been so wrapped with the company I have since gone back and bought a sounder and battery set up. My first trip out proved even more how good these yaks are, so stable and easy to control with the rudder system. I am to say the least one very happy camper.

The kayak was great, but coming to collect it after ordering it online was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The two women at the reception were clearly having some kind of argument and decided it would be appropriate to take out their frustration on my fiancé who was just there to pick it up. After spending $700+ I’d expect to at least be greeted or acknowledged. We probably won’t shop here again.

Bought a 2.8m next gen 9 kayak. You definitely need a rudder with this kayak otherwise it turns too easily for my liking (I weigh 75kg) I bought the large size rudder and it makes a huge difference, and is so much better to steer. The seat is comfy and is able to be leant right back so you can lay down and rest in the kayak (if you like). It weighs 19kg, so I'm able to lift it by myself onto the roof racks of my car.

Highly recommend Kayaks2Fish Wollongong. Competitive prices, easy ordering and purchasing process and friendly service in puck up. I cannot fault the Kayaks2Fish Team, they provided regular updates on progress due to shipping delays (Covid).
Looking forward to taking my Kayak out on the water and so happy with the product we are in the process of purchasing another for the family.

Kayaks2Fish offer value for money, responsive customer service and a quality product at competitive prices. I love my new Osprey fishing kayak and believe the package was great value for money. I am new to kayaking but have found it relatively easy to carry, launch and manoeuvre and I love the extra bits and pieces that come with it. Kayaking is my new favourite sport/ pastime.
