Just quality blinds come highly recommended by us. First initial contact with Trisha was great, highly communicative, fantastic information and manner. Following, we had George come out to go through what they offer in Ziptrack blinds. So informative, great colour range, George really understood our needs for the space and found the perfect product - fantastic service all round. Just quality do fantastic warranty’s that gives you great peace of mind when making such an important purchase for your home.

Our first contact at the office was the lovely Trish. You wouldn't find a more professional lady to deal with. I changed my scheduled time for a visit to our house many times and there was nothing Trish wouldn't do accommodate to me. She never faulted her lovely nature a bit and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with through the whole process.
Then there was the Senior Designer George, who arrived at our home with the same warm and friendly disposition that I'd become accustomed to from Just Quality. George explained everything from the measuring to manufacturing stage of our gorgeous plantation shutters. Any questions we asked, George had the answer. We've now ordered our beautiful shutters, made in South Australia and I couldn't recommend Just Quality any more highly. A fantastic company to deal with.response / report this review -

I used Just Quality to install roller blinds on 2 windows. To start the process Jackson visited to measure up and quote. He arrived on time and was very nice to deal with. Then Tim the installer visited to double check the measurements. No other company has done that before. Tim returned to install the blinds when they were ready. He actually arrived early and was very efficient and friendly. He answered all my questions. Then there was Lilly who contacted me several times during that process to make all the arrangements. She was very nice to deal with. I am very happy with the blinds and was so surprised that they were able to be installed prior to Christmas. Everything happened so quickly. I would recommend Just Quality to friends in the future.

Great process from start to finish. Extremely happy with the quality of the product and the prompt turn around time. Girls were really helpful booking the appointment over the phone working around my busy schedule. Great positive service from the consultant, making it pain free and solving my problems with my windy alfresco area.
The installers were highly professional finishing the job within the day.
Highly recommend this company for those exposed to windy areas.response / report this review -

I had a number of quotes for a full roof restoration and gutter guard installation.
While Just Quality was not the cheapest I have decided to go with them. Nikhil did an on roof inspection and assessment of the work required. His explanation of the process was accompanied by photos and easy to understand. After a bit of negotiation we agreed on a price I am satisfied with
I hope the process of the actual work will be of the same standard and look forward to my roof being weather tight and looking good againresponse / report this review
