  What a great Spa it's beautiful so was the salesman Toby, and all the Team what a great Company You work for. I had a minor problem with a minor scratch on the front shell I guess happened in Transit but Alpine Spas to there CREDIT Problems Fixed. No dramas And Awesome people to Deal with and Awesome Products they Sell. Thank You Very Much. Chris from Merriwa

  We purchased the Alpine Narvik wood fired hot tub as a Christmas present for the family. It has far exceeded our expectations. The communication from our salesperson Toby was thorough and professional. He kept us up to date on all aspects of the purchasing process and product delivery. Installation was far simpler than I imagined and we are thrilled with the result of how it looks and operates in our backyard. As a former traditional electric pump spa owner I vowed I wouldn’t own another hot tub but this is the perfect solution. No constant messing with water analysis and chemical doping, no expensive electricity bills from constant filtering and heating and the feeling of floating in fresh (in our case) rainwater leaves your skin soft and not dry and itchy as chemically treated water can. The external firebox is rustic and attractive and a real talking point! It’s easy to build an efficient fire in and heats the water very quickly. We were worried about smoking out our neighbours but once the fire is up and running there is minimal smoke. Would absolutely recommend the team at Alpine Spas and and this amazing product!

  Just moved over here recently and was looking for a spa pool but had no idea where to start. I gave them a ring before coming into the store after looking at a couple other places and the service was great. There were so many different options at a great price compared to other shops. Toby made the process super easy start to finish, I'm sure I won't be buying another spa anytime soon but I'll definitely be recommending them to friends.

  We purchased the Kingston Spa from the new Sydney showroom and right from my initial enquiry through to delivery, Toby and Kyle were both excellent.
  The showroom wasn’t quite ready to open but they facilitated viewing the spa’s outside of hours for us and we chose the Kingston.
  We had the spa delivered 1 day after payment - super speedy!
  After delivery and installation (we organised our own electrician) there was an issue with some of the jet’s not working and one quick call to the Alpine helpline and Lisa was amazing - she talked us through the programming and it was fixed instantly.
  Thanks to Alpine Spa’s we got a great deal on not only the spa but also an amazing umbrella (Solbrella) to complete the package - Very happy.
