Booked to stay at Peppers as the "decadent sanctuary" offered here was highly recommended - it was the main reason for booking here.
This was booked 3 months in advance.
2 days before our check in date, we received an email saying the sanctuary was no longer available because the spa was broken.
Their alternative offer was to allow use of the steam room/sauna/cold plunge pool at half price ($137 pp), which is a bit rich considering its the middle of winter, so only the steam room/sauna would be viable. No other treatment options were available as they were fully booked.
Highly recommend booking elsewhere to avoid disappointment.response / report this review -

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. Both had a beautiful massage followed by a 90 min Sanctuary room. Highly recommend.

My second visit to the Sanctuary, this time I bought my mother. Absolutely loved it, worth every cent. So so relaxing.

What a way to finish our last day at cradle mountain, we had the couples ritual massage which was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Beautiful views of the trees and water from the massage room. Not the cheapest at just shy of $200 each but well worth it.

We booked the Private Sanctuary. Basically hiring a sauna, steam room, spa and plung pool for ourselves for an hour. The place was beautifully presented with a pleasant outlook over the bush and a small steam. Plenty of towels, large robes and citrus flavoured water to drink. The step (drop) into the spa and plung pool were really big so getting in and out is a struggle if you haven't been practicing your box squat jumps. Otherwise a really relaxing treat.
