Purchased the Oslo indoor 2 person sauna. This unit is very easy to assemble as it mostly clicks together. You only need a screwdriver to secure roughly 6 screws and I was able to assemble the whole unit by myself.
Although it is advertised as a 2 person sauna, it is a little cramped if you have broad shoulders, but there is enough room for two average sized people to sit comfortably. The only issue I had was with delivery, as the box weighs in at 145kg and is very difficult to move. The delivery driver (independant company) wasn't very helpful and I ended up dragging it into my garage and then opened the box in there to deal with the parts individually.
I was also impressed with Alpine Spas customer service, very friendly over the phone and even followed up with me afterwards to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Very happy customer and I would purchase from them again, although this time I'd request assistance for delivery at the other end!

Andrew and team and Alpine Spa were great to deal with. I visited the showroom, made the decision to purchase post my visit and spoke to the team on the phone whilst walking the dog and the deal was done, quickly and efficiently. They put me in touch with Bob their preferred installer (he’s a licensed builder) and Bob and his colleague installed the sauna in one single day. It was a full on and hard day with plenty of rain but they completed a professional task! Well done Andrew and Alpine Spa. We have used the Sauna every day since installation - the health benefits of sauna
that we have researched will no doubt pay benefit.

We recently purchased a spa pool from Alpine Spas.
Having no knowledge about a spa pool, Mary provided us with her insight on which spa to choose and make it easy for us to decide.
Gabriel is also helpful throughout the process providing us with all the necessary information.

From start to finish, Alpine Spas were great to deal with. Andrew, our sales consultant was quick to respond and provide us a detailed quote, and had a spa ready for us in their very next delivery. Mary took care of us during the order and made everything really smooth, from order to delivery. We were in our spa within weeks and it’s everything we wanted! Very happy with the spa and the service.
