  I went in for a mens cut on a Thursday, I was seated quickly and the cut that I asked for was ok, although I was not offered tea or coffee, and the styling that I received after the cut was certainly not satisfactory. It was definitely not what I asked for and she did not use any mouse or hairspray and it fell apart as soon as I left the salon. I won't be coming back.

  I went here in the past and it was really good, they gave me the hairstyle I wanted and I was very happy with my resulting hair.
  
  I went again recently and I'm not sure whats chaged? I don't know if the lady doing my hair was tired, didnt know what she was doing or just couldn't be bothered?
  
  The way she treated my hair, stretching and using far too high a heat for hair.
  
  I ended up having to pay $60 for a haircut that barely changed anything and for a kms product she "guaranteed" would maintain frizz. It does absolutely nothing but make my hair smell like fruit loops, while the frizz is just as bad as it once was.
  
  I'm very disappointed in my experience here as I genuinely did believe this salon was fantastic.

  I went into the Rockingham JTs hair salon on Saturday morning and was lucky enough to get an appointment straight away, as usually you need a booking, and was blown away by the service that I received. On Friday afternoon I had booked an appointment with a different salon and came out looking nothing like I had asked for, my foils were stripy and the wrong colour. I was there from 2-5pm and was not offered a beverage and all they accomplished in that time was a colour, no cut or style. After the end result I decided I couldn't leave my hair like this and went straight to JTs first thing on Saturday morning. The girls there were lovely and went above and beyond to correct the damage. I am so happy that I have found such an amazing hairdresser and I will not be going anywhere else from now on. I love my hair more than I have done in years! Their prices are reasonable, the quality is on point and they always have special offers on to help with the cost. I would highly recommend JTs to anyone! Thank you so much girls for my amazing new hair do, cannot wait to go back in 6 weeks for my touch up.

  Had my hair cut and toned by the fabulous EJ today. So happy with the results, always friendly staff and just a great place to get your hair styled :)

  Fantastic staff and clean salon. Got several quotes elsewhere and JTs were the best. The chair where you get your hair washed is by far the most comfortable, especially on your neck.
