  Took my son in today for a haircut, the wait was worth it as the hairdresser took her time with his haircut/style even though she was by herself in the Barber section. She listened to what I wanted and ensured I was happy with the cut. Will be back even though I live 20 minutes away.

  Haven't had my hair cut in years. Hotlocks were fantastic. Friendly staff and my hair looks and feels gorgeous. Thanks Guys xox

  Young lady did a great job on my boys hair. It's a shame the male staff member couldn't stop swearing in front of my young children. Parents if I were you I would avoid at all costs!

  Nothing but amazing service and great hair every time I have been. I have been coming here for years and now I have short hair I am back every 4-5 weeks. I have since moved from around Carramar area and live in Osborne Park, I still continue to make the tip up north to see the amazing staff at Hot Locks, well worth the 15-25 min drive.

  Hotlocks totally ruined my hair. I HAD been a customer for approximately 3 yrs.
  I went from blonde to brown and apparently the hairdresser "forgot" to use a filler so my hair went grey/green/khaki - whatever colour you want to call it - it was wrecked.
  
  They tried to fix it the next day (no charge for that however was charged over $200 the previous day). Unfortunately they did not fix it - though they assured me it was a nice chocolate brown - it wasn't and people still comment my hair looks grey.
  
  I have now been to a reputable hairdresser who has tried to fix the damage - but nobody can 100% remove the damage hotlocks has done.
  
  I am so upset, forget the money - you have ruined my hair and charged me for the pleasure of doing so. You should have refunded me in full the next day. You can't take back the fact you have totally ruined my hair, I get that but since you admitted your hairdresser was in the wrong it was the least you could have done.
  
  So disappointed and upset.
  
  I wouldn't unfortunately recommend this salon to anyone - even though I was a loyal customer. The only thing that was done right is you did try and fix my hair - and I just wish you could have as I've now spent over $500 trying to get it fixed and my hair is snapping everywhere and in horrible condition.
  
  Thanks and I suggest you send your staff to some training courses
