Best haircut yet!! Every time I go here they always do the best head massage with the hair wash. Coffee is fantastic, Chairs comfortable, good music playing and a stylist who knows what she's doing and enjoys her work. Next week colour time!

My daughter had her hair cut by Chloe, she had hair down to her bum and requested to have 2-4 inches cut off and Chloe chopped of 7-8inches!!! No listening skills at all!! 4 days before prom and she ruined her hair!! When someone says 2-4 then listen and cut only 2-4!! Seriously pissed off right now!

After being told by a hairdresser in your store today 22nd of May at almost closing time that my daughters thin hair is that way because I have never cut it, I will never be coming back. she is 6 and has only just had hair thick enough to cut even though you can still see her head. she was a bald baby for a long long time even at 4 it was super sort how was I meant to cut something that was not there. Never mind all the females in my family suffer hair loss and so on and I told her this but no she was right and I was wrong. Not a nice feeling to be told your daughters genetics is not the problem it was because you have not cut it. What a load!

Fairly below average experience today just called in for a trim before heading back to work and get home to noticed a pretty decent chunk taken out of the back and a complete stuff up of the neck area. I won't be back! For $29 you would expect a bit more class would you not.

Wife just had her haircut there this afternoon and has large chunks missing from it. Taken her two years to get to that length and due to how its cut it will need to go back to 'boy' length and start again. Great anniversary for her!
