Bought 4 balloons for my sisters' 18th - paid $3.50 per balloon and two popped as soon as I left the parking lot. I was already on Stirling Highway when it popped and could not go back as the store is hard to access. The sound almost gave me a heart attack! The balloons were way over filled and very overpriced for literally lasting 2 minutes. Should be better for that price.

Great service, friendly order taken over the phone in the morning for balloon arrangement. I also appreciated the advice on the arrangement from the knowledgeable team member. I ordered a few more bits and pieces for the party over the phone, which I picked up with ease that afternoon. All round positive experience.

Recently organized balloons for my daughters Birthday from Party Town Claremont! From picking them out to having them delivered the staff were amazing. They offered creative ideas and even through to on time delivery I couldn’t fault the service. Balloons were fantastic and made for the most amazing photos. Thanks for taking all the hard work out of it for me!

I have ordered balloons for a number of functions from Party Town and the service has been outstanding every time. They always provide very helpful recommendations on what will look great and work with the theme of the event and when I have had them delivered they have always turned up on time and look fantastic! Highly recommend.

The new shop has so much more stock to choose from, and also I did not realise that there was so much to hire too, amazing. Staff are great too and were able to help with everything I needed too.
