The reception staff did not listen to my question at all and found the whole thing a joke. I had to repeat my question multiple times and even though I was using the correct terminology for what I wanted, she ignored me and then made me feel like an idiot when she finally said ‘oh you mean Accent’ when I had said it from the get go. I have paid a lot of money for this continued treatment every 3 weeks and I am bitterly disappointed that a salon that is so highly regarded would have someone so rude at the front desk.

I went to Le Beau for a relaxing massage & facial but yet again the persistent pushiness by the staff to try and get me to upgrade the treatment I had chosen and buy their products was very frustrating. As my facial was just about over I was being asked about what supplements I use and then told about the supplements they sell - not what I think a relaxing treatment should involve. If I want information I'll ask for it.
Even after the massage and facial when I was supposed to be relaxing in the lounge area the staff member continued to hover.
This happened last year as well but I had another gift voucher from xmas so decided to give it another try - same experince as last year. It cost almost $250 for less than 2hours and the sales push was totally unappreciated.
The actual massage and facial were good although I was in pain after the attempt to get knots out of my upper back which I didn't know I had - ouch !

I had received a voucher for my birthday so I had not been to Le Beau before. It was surprisingly serene and large with many therapy rooms and even an outside area for day spa use. The products are very good, Thalgo that has been around for many years, Dermalogica a trusty favourite and AlphaH which is Australian and a product that I was familiar with and use in winter.
The girls were lovely and very experienced.
I have booked in a consultation for next week to see the permanent makeup specialist.

I had the best experience at Le Beau Clinic & Spa. The staff were so polite, kind and professional, they made me feel very special. I had a Swedish massage followed my the most incredible facial. My massage was the best I'd ever had, I felt so relaxed during my treatment. Was sad when it was over. I was treated to a beverage of my choice and a complimentary meal. The clinic is exquisite, clean and has a Bali holiday feel. I would recommend this place to everyone and I'll be back again.

Had a couples massage with spa and high tea yesterday with my partner for Valentine's Day! He is the blokiest bloke you will ever meet and at first he was so out of his comfort zone but thanks to friendly, relaxed and lovely staff he ended up enjoying the experience as much as I did! Amazing massage and high tea!! The spa was lovely to sit in for half an hour and enjoy the relaxation! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the staff were polite, friendly and accomodating to all our requests! Great value for money and I will be going back again! :)

This spa has it going on!. Too many thigs to list. You will just have to go there. But they do things differently. its not just a spa this is only only location to ensure only quality work ! this is not a chain store culture but Quality culture.
