Great quiet clean little gem with friendly professional staff on the Esplanade, not over priced & relaxing. So sad. Closing doors on Monday next week, but if you want somewhere to stay before then they've some beds spare & it's a good safe-feeling place. I'll miss staying here when in Cairns.

Everything was super clean and well-organized. WiFi was adiquate. I would have liked extension cords that put an outlet next to each bunk, but that wasn't a large issue.

Staff helpful and good location ! The room was clean but the shared parts were not very clean and smelly. The place in general is a bit out dated

Mostly clean and tidy. Excellent location right on the Esplanade. Free Wi-Fi is OK. Kitchen could benefit from some more frequent cleaning and disposal of leftover foods. Spacious shower recess and toilet room. Great sized personal lockers in rooms.

Nice and tidy. Extremely good location. Kitchen smelled wired sometimes but it was clean and air-conditioned. Toilet and shower was clean but the shower was really noisy and hard to get the right temperature.

A staff at the reception Megan was very helpful and understanding. She tolerated the many questions we asked her and she was also able to fit us into rooms we asked for. Good place with lockers. Only the corridor light made hard to sleep at night and the bad smell from cafe's underneath. Otherwise it is right on the esplanade where all the fun is abd very near the famous night markets. We enjoyed our stay there.

Me quede en una habitacion privada, contaba con wifi. Esperaba tener baño privado pero no fue asi, era uno compartido. Quede conforme con lo que pague y donde me quede.
