Quick to get to. Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean and well furnished. No problems, was great for overnight stay for connecting flights.

My friends and I regularly eat lunch at the Palms restaurant. Wonderful tasty casual lunch menu at great prices. Has never been crowded or noisy. Good service. Pretty deck, with gardens and pool makes for pleasant ambience.

Wonderful service with a smile from all the staff. Room tidy and comfortable. Especially the bed and the pillows. Great shower/bathtub. Coffee and tea are quite drinkable

We hired the back deck area for a private party function at night. Everyone commented on how great the food was, the staff were absolutely fantastic & the cost was very reasonable. A brilliant night all round!

There are more of better places in the downtown with free wifi. We have meals for the dinner that were worthy of the money.

Stayed here a couple days after flying into Cairns before heading north. Comfortable, clean and convenient to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was at the hotel for a short conference. Room setup was fine: round tables, comfy chairs. The presenter had some issues with the VGA cable, but that could have been the presenter's cable. We had nibbles and coffee - they were tasty. It was clean and well presented.
