The customer service at this hotel was second to none! Staff were so friendly and accommodating and anticipated needs before I even asked half the time! The food was expensive but very delicious. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Stayed early October 2017. It goes without saying that the Pullman Sea Temple Palm Cove is a gem for a family holiday. What makes it really special though is the staff. From Gabriella on the front desk, to Isaac in the pool bar, and restaurant stalwarts George and Ben, nothing was ever too much trouble during 9 glorious days. The cuisine is out of the park good, so much so that the perfectly seasoned eye fillet is arguably the best we've ever experienced in any upmarket establishment around the world. Wine by the glass is on the pricey side which was a little frustrating but that's acceptable if the other components tick the box. Finding somewhere to holiday for five of us, including three teenagers, that represents value is not easy as Australia becomes ridiculously more and more expensive. We'd go back there to holiday in a heart beat.

Facility is stunning, immaculate from when you first enter the foyer. Well presented, courteous staff that are happy to be there. Multiple pools and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Very relaxing and not overly noisy either. Hop skip and a jump to the beach also.

Resort was lovely. The pools are great. There was live music in the pool/bar area in the afternoon. Room was a little outdated but was ok. Got the room on a special deal. Would not pay the full price for the room.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a wonderful friendly staff member. The reception room is airy and bright and looks fantastic. So you can imagine my disappointment when I actually entered the room. What an absolute let down. I have paid much less for better. The room is very old everything looks tired and in need of either repair or renew. I have purposefully stayed out all day so I did not have to return to such an abysmal room.

If you are looking for a hotel resort in the area Pullman Palm Cove should be on your list. For me friendly and helpful staff is a must in a 5-star hotel, and this location has it. Great beach access and a very nice pool area, plus it is well-located but also pretty secluded (you feel as you were in the middle of the jungle). Breakfast has lots of options.

The staff at reception/the cleaners/in the restaurant are lovely, although some of the male restaurant staff couldn't seem to keep up with the work. We stayed in a roof top terrace apartment and it was clean, spacious and we loved the roof top BBQ and spa which we used every night. We went to Clifton Village and bought meat from Clifton Butchery (the most amazing meats ever) & veges/groceries from Coles.
The pools are nice and big although it feels like you're stepping into a warm bath. The internet around the resort and in the room is really bad no matter what time of the day/night you use it.
Palm Cove itself is an amazing area. The resort is walking distance to the town and the swimming area of the beach.
I would recommend the resort and Palm Cove to anyone!
