worst staff ever. never bothered to help customer. when approached gave you a rather lacklustre attitude. in particular guy with a long curly. never experience that before. you are a salesperson and you failed at doing what you suppose to do. Doesnt even deserve the star

Cheers to the fellow selling cameras in JB HiFi at Cairns Central. After he was able to wade his way through to hoards of customers vying for his time he was able to respond to our questions quickly and efficiently. We were also very pleased with the prompt price match discount we received on the item. JB management give that man a bonus and some assistants - he was rushed off his feet but stayed gracious.

Store usher should realise the difference between shopfront greeter and night club bouncer and not stare down people once they're inside. Otherwise a great store, always plenty of stock and the staff while frantic to serve everyone - generally know their fields and can get you the advice you need.

They were happy to sell me something that I didn't need and then incredibly rude, condescending and plain nasty when I said I was uncomfortable giving them my phone number because "it's store policy if you want a refund". I said: "Don't know that I'll be coming back here," and the girl behind the counter said: "Good; don't."

Too cramped and narrow to be considered comfortable. The girls stocking the DVD/Bluray shelves were extremely polite.

I didn't really dig being eyeballed by the Indian security contractor at the store entrance. I felt very uncomfortable. May I suggest instead of posing and trying to look tough and sizing people up from head to toe he should endeavor to appear more pleasant.

Crowded and quite chaotic JB HiFi located at Cairns Central Shopping Centre. Tiny aisles where is difficult to move and impossible to find a staff member to ask about a product. I finally bought what I needed but the overall shopping experience was quite bad.

Agree great service when you're purchasing something but wait until you have to have something repaired? I have been waiting for over 8 weeks to have a Tom Tom Spark watch, that could not be repaired, returned to me? The store Manager's have provided me with little to no assistance, in getting the watch returned from the repairer in Perth?? This would be the worst service I've ever experienced. Also, check that they have a service provider that can repair the items you're purchasing as in my case they can't? I'm still waiting JB Hi Fi, if I had a choice I wouldn't even give you one star rating.
