Excellent work. I called 3 inspection companies for a quote, and these guys were competitive. The booking process via their website was very easy and fast.

The inspector came out and did a very thorough inspection. The Real Estate agent commented that he hadn't seen someone do such a thorough inspection before!

I went out at the end of the inspection to have a chat with Wayne, and he took me through all the relevant things that he had found. It gave me peace of mind that could ask him questions and it gave me better perspective on what was written in the report when I later received it. Highly recommended.

IWPI exceeded expectations with the inspection of house that we are buying. The report was delivered fast and it was thorough. These guys are a pleasure to work with from organizing the inspection with the agent to delivery of the report. Was a smooth process.

Right..!
Missed to spot the 120sq swimming pool under the massive deck (Was later picked by a mere plumber)!
Missed the obvious damp issue on the rear wall (Picked by pest control guy)!
Missed the obvious asbestos roof in the rumpus room (Picked by a builder who visited me to check on other issues. There was a fallen light bulb fixture where the roof material was very visible)!
Upon updating these issues with Inner West Property later, Wayne tells me that he had 2 hours to check other 30 important things.

You got to learn to appreciate constructive criticism when running a business, we are human, we miss things. We aren't perfect. Hence a 3 star is what I gave.

I'd highly recommend Wayne. He was able to do a building inspection for us on a property we were looking to purchase at short notice, and kindly turned the report around for us quickly too, which we really appreciated. He was also super thorough, knowledgeable and helped to explain anything in the report we need clarification on. All of which helped us immensely, so thank you Wayne!
