These guys are the real deal. I got myself a set of canvas covers for my Subaru Outback 2018 and I couldn't be happier. The quality is top notch. The wait time was reasonable. The fitment was Semi easy, but not at the fault of Mycustomcar haha. I would absolutely recommend these guys if you're looking for perfect fitting covers.

Great product and fantastic customer service. I have bought their neoprene seats few times and they are very good if you have pets and/or kids. Last time the product had minor quality issues and they dispatched a new set without any additional cost. Very happy and would definitely buy from them again.

Had a small defect on one of the seat covers, after contacting them they sent out a replacement straight away with no problems. Overall happy with the quality/fitment and good support/service. Would recommend.

Fit is reasonably good, quality is excellent. INSTRUCTION are sadly too generic and not detailed enough on what to do. a lot of time was wasted fitting these great covers because the instructions were quite poor :(

We had extra pieces left over as I had no idea how to fit the bits and they are not included in the instructions.

I emailed support and they tried to be helpful, but there just no video or instructions on how to fit the extra bits.

So please improve your instructions / have videos for specific models rather than providing generic instructions that is supposed to cover all cars.

Girl was nice on the phone and quite helpful. Very quickly made for an apparent customer made to order. They were delivered quickly but the
covers have a flawed design. The bottom back seat cover didn't have any opening so you could not bolt the seat back into place after fitting the cover. Therefore we had to cut a hole in the fabric, the fabric quality is not the best either especially for how much you pay. It's stiff and doesn't fit snug like promised in the description. They are as loose as a goose very disappointing. You have to tie the straps because they are not velcro like all the other covers I have bought. Shop around there are definitely better out there.
