  Highly recommend the Evaluation And Negotiation Service. Saved me from overpaying in a post-COVID market, not to mention all the time and stress!
  
  Kitty is someone who you want on your team! professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. She took the time to explain the details and make sure I was happy to proceed at every step of the process.

  In an industry filled with plenty of operators Kitty has stood out from the rest and was an absolute pleasure to work with 😊
  I found her honest and hard working as she delivers on her promises is a strong communicator and negotiator and has a clear client focused outcome in mind which ensures her clients needs are met.

  Kitty delivers on her promise to provide a professional - client focused service. She is a strong communicator and negotiator which ensures that client needs are met. I consider Kitty to be an extension of my Mortgage Broking service and we work as a team to ensure a seamless buying process with a clear outcome being 'Very Happy Clients'.

  My partner and I have recently moved to Sydney and lacked knowledge of the local market. Kitty was able to provide guidance on properties we identified, in particular what she felt they were worth and more importantly what the weren't.
  
  This gave us greater confidence when it came to making offers or bidding on properties. It protected us from getting caught up in the emotions or the sales pitches of agents and help us instill discipline into our approach.
  
  This approach led to us missing out on the first property which went for almost 25% over the price guide indicated by agent. While disappointed on one hand we were also satisfied that we have avoided paying considerable over the value of the property.
  
  Ultimately, we were successful in securing what we feel is a superior property prior to auction. While Kitty played a crucial role in our strategy and negotiations, it was also her ability to manage her support network of the conveyancing solicitor and building inspector to turn things around quickly that enabled the transaction to be completed within 5 days of our first inspection.
  
  Kitty came recommended by our financial adviser and I look at the fee we paid as an investment rather than an expense.
  
  Not only are we satisfied with the property we were able to secure but we found the whole process a very enjoyable experience and would thoroughly recommend using Kitty's services.

  Kitty is Wonderful!
  Kitty helped me purchase my 1st interstate investment property in December 2019. She is efficient, patient, caring, and understanding. Kitty made the purchase feel like a seamless and stress free experience, she went above and beyond her duties to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening at every stage of the process. I would happily use Kitty again in the near future and would highly recommend her services to any body looking for a buyers agent.
