Great coffee excellent service and no surcharge when paying by card.

It’s a tough one as the coffee is good, albeit a little overpriced compared to average prices.
The problem is the customer service, maybe because it’s largely run by Asians and having been to Asia many times a smile or generally good service is not common. Would be 5 stars if the service was better.
This was late in the afternoon so that might explain is the poor service.response / report this review -

The most amazing coffee! Every morning I walk in, the team know my order and make it perfectly every time. I refuse to go to any other coffee shop in Easties! The team are also so lovely, always friendly and genuine - makes me smile every morning picking up a coffee from here! 😍
