  Horrible builder try to trick you on everything if you are a first home buyer plz don't go with them they looks cheap but very bad on quality

  Just beginning our experience and I cannot praise this company, especially our sales rep Marc enough. He is personable, has taken into account everything we have said and has designed our own custom design, he went above and beyond to find the right piece of land at an amazing price. I recommend this builder - specifically Marc for anyone wanting to build.

  Built my investment property through them and was happy with the overall experience.
  
  - Very helpful sales reps who offer thoughtful designs for all types of blocks
  - Excellent Client Liaison who is easily contactable via phone and email
  - Efficient pre-start process
  - Good inclusions for the money
  - Guided through the whole process
  - Improvements could be made about final build quality however none were a major issue. To be rectified in maintenance period.

  Overall poor performance. Changed site supervisors numerous times. The trades, used were incompetent and in some cases so were the supervisors. Defects were evident throughout the project. The project stood still for a lengthy duration thus the belated handover. Staff are nice otherwise the project management team needs to revisit how they execute their projects. Overall, family was not satisfied and ultimately not pursuing their services for our second lot development.

  My partner and i looked at several different builders, got close to signing with 2 of them, then we came across impressions and I'm glad we did because they looked after us from day 1. Nathan Gerrard has been our sales consultant and i can honestly say he has been fantastic and has helped us out in every way possible. if you're building a house we recommend you look him up. my partner and i dealt with 'shark' salesman in display villages that would lie and say anything to get your money. when we were dealing with Nathan there was no pressure, he changed our house around to how we wanted it and still got us the best deal! best thing we did was finding impressions and most of all finding a genuine sales consultant who made our process painless and exciting.

  I have built several houses with Impressions and it has always been a smooth and fast process. The greatest thing about Impressions is their unbeatable value and great workmanship. I will highly recommend this company and will definitely build with them again:)
