Have to check range and price before you go in as comparably other places are cheaper. Staff were nice enough, tv range very average but if your after a funky fridge for a reasonable price hit them up. I still have no idea where the gate out the front goes but it is kept in great condition.

2 weeks ago, I ordered some items online about $1600 for my new home, and asked delivering at one day before my moving day. However, as my legs were hurt later, I asked my hubby to be there to receive the goods. After they coming, they don't agree to give the goods just because I was not there, even my hubby can provided my driving license and credit card. And they didn't agree to wait even I was just 2km away. When I called again, the only date they can deliver again is 5 days later, and asked $55 for redelivery. My moving plan is totally screwed up. They even don't agree to cancel the order, just saying they have called me though I missed their phone call. And there is no policy online saying I must be there to receive goods.

Used to be the place to go for great prices Not any more.
Only thing you get well priced here is cookware and occasional small appliance specials.
Went to their 'carpark sale', thought some of the things were well priced then straight after found almost every 'sale' item I'd seen was 10%-20% more expensive then JB Hifi's and the Good Guy's regular prices on the same things.
Really disgusted.

I'd your going to buy any appliances or AV, check out the competition down the road - you could save $100's of not $1000s!

I had a very positive experience. A smile goes a long way! I was greeted by a sales assistant with a pleasant deamour. He offered me a complimentry coffee what was unexpected.
I was in pursuit of two item I required for my mother. Dan was able to determine what I required, an older style gas cook top with specific sizing and a range hood at a good price. Well informed, cut to the chase he was able to transact quickly.
I'm satisfied with the experience and will certainly come again.
I noticed the sales team were happy and were prompt with service. Great to see a real sense of urgency!

Always the cheapest and best service. Great customer service with knowledgeable staff genuinely eager to help. They do offer a competitive price match in store and over the phone which is really helpful :) I bought all my white goods from washing machine right down to cutlery and plates from here and still have them all 5 years later with no issues.

We are long term customers of Kambos, where we have always obtained good deals by reminding sales person of our long term status. We have had occasional product problems but have always been able to have these fixed by being persistent. Always ask for best price and they will match any other genuine price.
