Payed for spa/sauna/steam/swim and had been told my pass was only for the spa/sauna/steam room and the outside pool.

Looking at the price list upon waking up this morning to realise we were pretty much told the complete opposite of what it says on the price list. Staff member saying ‘your wristband colour isn’t for this pool’- in the main pool where there was no one even swimming in. Also to note the previous visit, we payed the same amounts, for the same wrist bands and used all facilities we had been told we could use (all of the pools) and we never had an issue.

Last night was a tad of a let down and to think I was going to pay for 20 passes.

Some of your staff need colour blind testing for your wrist bands/ their menu needs to be more explanitory.

The steam room does not work very well. Health and safety should attend to this, it burns your skin and no steam comes out - also no emergency button! And very dirty. I will not be returning again waste of time

Staff are always friendly, for the age of the facility it is great. Great price for everything including spa. Bathrooms realy need upgrades especially the disability bathroom.

Good facilities. 25m lap pool. Large kids pool. Hot spa. Sauna. Gym: cardio and weights. Staff friendly. Clean facilities.

Cheap membership mostly friendly staff, lots of classes offered although sometimes way to full and over crowded to do the workout properly especially the water classes.

Swim squad instructors and children have no respect for those participating in the classes.

A decent experience for my time as a member, but overcrowding and disrespectful swim squad turned me off returning

A great swim school but the pool is incredibly warm and poolside gets incredibly humid, almost unbearable in summer.

Plenty of room in the lap pool. Early evenings is the best time to go and spend time in the pool. Looking forward to my next session.

A great experience. Very bright and cheery. Clean and very functional for area of use. Very happy with all the updates that have been taken place at the premises. I highly recommend leisure world as a place for fitness fun and fellowship. 10 OUT OF 10

Great centre for Adults And kids. Free WiFi for parents waiting for kids. Cafe during day. Gym attached. Only problem are the opening hours are an issue and most week nights most lap lanes are used by the swim club.

Considering taking my child elsewhere, he has been held down in class level for so long and whenever he goes to swim classes with school at different venues he is assessed at being at a higher level. Back area where adults have to sit while kids are in class it is so hot I get sick often there. Staff can be rude of late. I was made to wait for 25 minutes with girls in front of me on the front desk, when I thought I was about to be served the lady who was in front of me took off to serve someone else who just came in. I didn`t like their attitude when talking to me on the phone when my direct debit didn`t go through. I was being accused of making mistakes, commen sense says to type and between an account name. I nearly forgot, my husband was told that the following week my son was to go up a level. When I came the week after they said nope we didn`t say that. My husband did not mishear. I was told some crock of a story about my son being moved to another class of the same level but it is for more of the advanced kids. This I could see was not the case. Wasting my money to see the teacher singing nursery rhymes with my 8 year old son while wiggling him on the mat like they did with him when he was 2 years old. What a joke.

Avoid swimming lesson times, its just too crowded and too chlorinated. Sometimes stuffy and humid.
Squad swimming is now all direct debit instead of pay by the term which is annoying.
Last time we were here the had an inflatable play on thing that was closed.

Pool was good.
However the Kiosk is the biggest robbery ive ever come across!basic burger $10which only has meat/cheese/onion??the lettuce and tomato are 1$ each extra!!never have i bought a burger where ive had to pay extra for ingredients that are standard on every other normal burger sold anywhere else?. And to make things worseto have the very same lettuce and tomato on a sandwich instead..that costs $2 extra for each ingredient. I decided not to spend a cent at that kiosk.
