This store did not stock was after on multiple occasions, but the staff were very helpful in dealing with my concerns. Youala showed me some alternative products which worked well so the experience wasn't too bad overall.

One of the better Bunnings. Plants are fresh and healthy. Staff are polite and knowledgeable, and go that extra yard to help.

Easy access, sometimes a little difficult getting out during busy traffic times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Good range and prices.

Found the stick on felt for the legs of the chairs, & the roll of non slip rubber for under the computer to stop it slipping. A happy customer right here . I will be back again .

One staff member out of four was able to assist me. Kept being sent to wrong aisles. Just a little fustrated. The lady who i asked last knew exactly what and where the item was. Sale made.

Decent enough bunnings. Staff were friendly and greeted us in the aisles we went to, had a reasonable selection considering I was looking for car cleaning products

Very disappointed! I called 6 different stores to locate a misting system. When I phoned your store you said you had 12 in stock. We live in Balmain, 50 mins drive from your store. My husband jumped in the car at 7:30pm to drive all that way to be told you don't have any. How can such a simple task be so difficult? It's unacceptable.

Very POOR customer service today. My partner returned a battery operated whipper snipper because it was missing the battery charger. He was told to grab a new one off the shelf and exchange with the old one. He opens the box to check everything is there and realises that not only he was missing the battery charger but also the shield. When he brought this to the attention of a male worker, the man insisted he didn't need the shield. He then took the shield from the new box and placed it in the box to be returned to Bunnings. Puzzled, my partner questioned this and the man said that they "won't accept incomplete returns" and by taking the shield he was "doing (him) a favour". Taking his word, my partner goes home to use the whipper snipper without the shield and sure enough, a rock whips right into his shin. He returns to the store again, had to argue with the same man, and eventually was given the missing part.

So, Hoxton Park Bunnings, 1. Where is the accountability in selling not one, but TWO incomplete products on shelf? And 2. Why does a customer have to argue to get all parts for a product he paid full price for?

Took my mum to this Hoxton Park, Bunnings store on Sunday to buy some renovation items and was pleasantly surprised & impressed at the excellent Client service and assistance delivered by Steve. He even offered to carry the items to the front counter for us, so thank you. Will definitely be going back as long as there are professional service staff like Steve around.
