  Everyone! Honestly, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
  The warehouse lady and the receptionist are so RUDE and so unprofessional. I rang warehouse lady to organize the delivery and she can’t confirm anything with me, and the things she said to me are “ I don’t know.. “ “ I can’t confirm with you..” “ you have to wait…” “ you have to talk to customer service”…
  I want ask the company management if this lady doesn’t know anything why you guys put her in that position???
  Later on I rang the receptionist as she couldn’t wait until I finish my conversation and she HANG UP my phone. She said to me “ I am only the receptionist and I don’t know anything about this, BYE BYE”

  I was there just last sunday the service I received from a pratima was amazing. she was very helpful and followed thru with making sure I have my items delivered within a few days as I was on leave so it was a priority for me to have my items while I was home.

  ZERO star!!!
  Worst customer service ever! DO NOT BUY.
  Terrible Quality. Huge variance between display color and the one I received. I called the store at speak to a rude staff (Patrick-customer service) who was extremely unhelpful , don't know how these people get jobs.

  Run away don't buy nothing from them
  Most rudest customer service I've ever experienced. No refund or exchange they tell you this after you pay of course.
  But then tell you theres little signs in the store.
  Oh and don't forget they Don't give you a receipt they give you a contract.
  The owner comes off to be a bit of a racist and loves to talk down to people

  if i could put 0 stars i would, honestly never buying from their shop again no respect for customers and once an item has been purchased your are pinned to the item you cant refund it even if the item has a defect or different to the item you saw at the store.
  simply one of the worst furniture shop.
