Having never stayed in a B n B before my daughter and I were very pleasantly surprised with this lovely one! If they are all as good as Highclaire house we will be using them more often! Friendly hosts, a great cooked big breaky, and a most comfortable bed. Love it!

we were a wedding group in Aug 2015 and took the whole house to ouselves in the 8 bedroom new cottage. It was awesome and our stay was made so comfortable. Steve and Zoe were the best hosts we had and very accomodating of our big group. We will definitely come back to your cottages again, Thank you!

It is the smallest house on the street, but the rooms appear to be nice and cosy. Clean and well maintained. Good location if someone is looking for a good bnb in western Sydney

Wow. what an awesome hidden gem! I don't know Sydney at all, actually I find it a bit daunting if I have to drive through on my way to somewhere else, but this place is on the way, literally 5 mins off the M7 and the best value accommodation I have EVER stayed at! Initially I thought the price was a little low and maybe that was a concern, as you always think do you get good things for less? Not normally, but in this case it's absolutely the case, Steve and Zoe have a few great properties in handy locations and for $79 we got a very comfy room, an awesome cooked brekky and a huge choice of juices, toast and cereal if that's the way we wanted to go. We had a shared bathroom, but totally not an issue, there were options to have an ensuite room if this is what you prefer!

I won't be daunted again about passing through Sydney! Thanks guys for a lovely short stay!
