I've just come back from Queenscliff Music Festival. McHarry's did an amazing job there. Friendly, efficient and well organized. Great customer service and value. Well done and thanks for making our too-ing and fro-ing so easy!

I ride my bike into Geelong City regularly and recently a McHarries bus passing me came frighteningly close. I was able to capture details of the bus and phoned McHarries to report the incident. The receptionist was very understanding and said she would report the incident to a manager. The next day Phil called to say that he had spoken to the driver who apologised, although he was not aware that the bus came very close to me. I am completely satisfied with the way this complaint was handled.

I felt extremely unwell on the bus on the way home tonight, feeling extremely faint to the point i could hardly stand, the bus driver proceeded to ask me if i was okay and if he could drop me at a closer place so i didn't have to walk very far feeling so horrible. very nice of the bus driver, cant complain with the service great job guys :)
