Great customer service experience by all staff particularly with Ong who has been wonderfully attentive during the pick up and drop off of the vehicle. Please ensure management acknowledges his high level service. The car was clean and ran smooth throughout the 4 days of hire.

This was the worst experience ever. I was given a last car in the category I had booked. It didn't start and they jump started it and gave it to me. The car was very dirty. They didn't even bother to clean it. The car was a very old car and had around 40K mileage on it. I stopped the car in my garage and it doesn't start again. To my luck, the outlet has just closed for the day. I had to cancel all my plans just because the car is not in a proper shape. I did not expect cars in such bad shape from Hertz. I would have given a zero star if I could.

The people couldn't be anymore helpful if they tried, went out of their way to explain everything about the hire & the car. Car was spotless which being black wasn't easy. Only comment I would make is take out the full insurance if you can afford to, as it makes the driving much more enjoyable knowing your fully covered. Also pick up & drop off went without a hitch & was very fast compared to some other hire agencies. The site is also close to Clyde railway station if you need public transport (5 mins walk). Overall a most rewarding experience.
